Terms & Disclaimer
This disclaimer applies within the jurisdiction of the billing company’s state and country. All terms are subject to change without prior notice. The company reserves the right to decline service to any individual or inquiry deemed inappropriate or misaligned with our values. We remain committed to upholding human rights at all times.
Liability Waiver
The Red Room, including its billing entity, staff, management, and owners, bears no responsibility for any outcomes arising from the use of this website, contact with the agency, or meetings with any individuals featured on the site.
Quality Assurance & Cancellation Policy
We stand by the professionalism and quality of our companions. If you are dissatisfied within the first 10 minutes of a meeting, you may cancel at no cost. However, cancellations for reasons unrelated to the companion’s presentation—such as personal schedule conflicts—will incur a cancellation fee. Please note: if you request a recommendation and accept our choice, the satisfaction guarantee no longer applies.
Nature of Service
The Red Room offers elite social introductions for entertainment and companionship purposes only. Our service is strictly legal and compliant. Conversations about any activity beyond companionship are prohibited. We do not arrange, solicit, or promote any form of prostitution. All individuals featured are at least 18 years of age and their services are limited to time, presence, and social companionship. What transpires during a private meeting is the sole responsibility and decision of the consenting adults involved.
Independent Consent
All interactions initiated through The Red Room are private and consensual. The agency does not influence or involve itself in how clients and companions choose to spend their time. Our role is limited to facilitating introductions and ensuring safety to the best of our ability.
Access Restriction
By accessing this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that no minors will view this content. You also agree not to contact us for sales pitches, promotions, or unrelated business purposes. Our services are strictly reserved for clients interested in arranging meetings with our companions.
Booking Policies
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
After-Hours Bookings: Must be arranged with at least 4 hours’ notice. Full payment is required in advance.
Cancellations: Cancel at least 48 hours in advance. No refunds; credit will be applied toward future bookings.
No-Shows: Full fee will be charged. Repeat no-shows may be blacklisted.
Late Arrivals: 5-minute grace period. Your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients.
Early Arrivals: Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early. We value your time and privacy.
Booking Requirements
Book at least 1 hour in advance. A 50% deposit is required to secure your session. The remaining 50% is payable on arrival.
Treatment Refusal Policy
To maintain a safe and respectful environment, services may be refused or ended immediately if:
The client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Rude, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour occurs
Personal hygiene standards are not met

11–25 km: R800
26–50 km: R1,000
51–200 km: R1,300
(Travel fees are based on distance and finalized on the day of your appointment.)

Right of Refusal
We maintain high standards and reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who do not align with the values or image of the agency. This includes but is not limited to anyone displaying disrespect, inappropriate conduct, or seeking illicit activities. We will not engage with callers who are intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, using offensive language, or requesting illegal or unethical services. Individuals previously blacklisted will not be served.
Personal Resonsibility & Indemnification
While The Red Room prioritizes safety and may provide support for security purposes, it assumes no liability for the actions or safety of any party once an introduction has been made. By using our services, all parties agree to hold The Red Room, its owners, staff, and associated entities harmless from any claims, liabilities, or consequences resulting from their participation.
Membership Refunds
Access to our Elite Gallery requires Membership. All payments made toward bookings or membership retainers are strictly non-refundable. To prevent misuse of companion information and availability, no refunds will be granted. However, any amount paid will remain as credit in the original currency for a period of 24 months from the date of payment.
Entertainment Purposes Only
The Red Room offers access to elegant and engaging companions for refined social experiences. These introductions are not, and should not be interpreted as, arrangements for sexual activity. Our companions are independent, self-governing adults who choose how to spend their time. We do not represent, promise, or control any personal decisions they make. Requests for specific sexual “services” will be ignored, as they are not part of what we offer.
